Y soaking need overnight? Can we pressure cook directly without roasting? Any particular reason.

@610c2e0b1fb553001b3023e7 I don't add sugar or salt but I do add very little bhunna jeera and little haldi and dhaniya . It doesn't taste bad. And I never made cerelac at home so don't know . .I normally just gave simple khichdi or daal paani in the beginning .
