¾ cup milk
2 tbsp powdered oats (Use Quaker oats and ground it to a powder)
1 tbsp Multigrain Health Drink Powder
1 tsp honey (or to taste)
1) Heat the milk in a pan and once it begins to boil, add the multigrain powder and whisk well as it cooks. The mixture will thicken in 2 mins.
2) Add the powdered oats and whisk well. Cook the mixture for 2-3 mins. If the mixture looks too thick, add 2-3 tbsp milk to correct the consistency.
3) Add the honey and stir well.
4) Let the mixture cool just a little. It should still be warm when serving.
