u can use saline water a few times a day.

If you do not use a cream or lotion cleaning the breast is not required before every feed. The breast has anti infective glands which keep it infection free.regular bath and clean undergarments are all that is required.

keep it clean by changing bra atleast twice and wipe with warm water
