I bombarded with this question when I uploaded this picture on Facebook.;

I am just sharing my weightloss journey;with you as I am asked to 🤗; I gained 22 kgs during my pregnancy & delivery, I was not in hurry to lose weight cos I am never fascinated by so called #YUMMYMUMMY concept nor by any celebrities #getbackinshapeinnotime thing🙄 I love to be healthy, be in shape & and now it's most important for me to be fit because as @fitmomsfotterhomes says right, if you are healthy then only your family will be healthy and happy.
Following are the simple changes I did in my routine which worked for me 👇
■ A morning walk/ Run for 20 to 30 minutes empty stomach . ■ Yoga; - I started practicing yoga 3 years back before conception. I usually do 4 or 5 poses & SuryaNamaksar 10 sets daily. ■ I cut off Refined floor, junk food, fast food & Sugar completely from my diet. I just drink tea once day with jaggery. ■ I follow no fancy diet. I strongly believe in our traditional food nutrition,; I never skipped a meal,never starved.; ■ I used to drink 2.5 litres water daily.; ■ I used to have reward system for me for achieving; weekly goals of doing excersize, yoga & run,in the form of having pani puri 😋 Or 1 pastry . ■ I used to keep a track of my weight weekly.
These are simple changes in my lifestyle which worked & still working for me.Hope it will benefit you guys too.Plz feel free to comment and share your fitness tips too 🙏
