How do I care for my baby’s teeth? 🦷 . . Little story time : Like every mum I was so concerned about Simra’s dental care. I knew my girl would follow what I practice so I started brushing my teeth with her. When my little girl had her first tooth, I started to take care of her and taught her to brush her teeth by herself..now she is three years old and knows how to brush her teeth twice a day on her own and enjoys doing it daily without forgetting. . . So, proper dental care begins even before your baby’s first tooth appears. You need to run a clean cloth all over their gums to prevent from accumulation of harmful bacteria. . . Once her teeth begin to come in, I followed these easy tips: . •Brushed her teeth twice a day •Used an infant toothbrush and a flouride toothpaste (apply only a pea or rice sized paste over the bristles and use little water to gargle) •I avoided giving lot of water in between. •There are chances she might accidentally swallow toothpaste so I made sure she spits. •Brush infront of your kid daily so that they generate this habit by themselves when they grow up. •I also make frequent visits to her dentist! . . Hope these simple yet effective guidelines help you mommies in taking care of your little ones precious pearls 🦷 . .
