Hii Austa. As your profile says your baby is just 3 weeks old. At this tiMe you just need to eat well...Rest well and be with baby as your body is still recovering. <br>
Breastfeeding helps in loosing calories. And also you can start with exercises around six months or after seeking your doctor's permission. Just focus on healthy eating and this itself makes lot of difference.

Now relax enjoy motherhood, rest, feed, eat, meditate. You can start exercises only by six months. After three weeks your doctor may suggest you few abdominal exercises. Wear a tummy support belt as of now it helps a lot
