Hi Rashi, as you are a non of a 1month old baby, therefore I would adviceyou take care of yourself and your baby first. Do not start doing exercise before 6 months.. as per to the medical science, it takes 6 months to get our internal organs heal completely.. in the meantime, eat healthy and nutritious, and be active and energetic.
