As of now u can do briskwalk for 30 min and little bit yoga and workout which is comfortable for u<br>

Until you breastfeed don't worry about the weight. Breastfeeding naturally helps in weight loss. Eat a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active
