People have the tendency to compare everything. That is just human nature I would say. You cannot change them but you can stop them by asking them not compare my child with anyone. Every child has his/her own development journey. Just tell them bluntly. Also, don't take their words to your heart. You know how special your child is for you so don't care what others say.

That's very common. You will find such people everywhere who keep comparing one or the other person. One might have faced the same in childhood. So just tell them in a polite way that these comparison affect the child and every child is different. Don't stress yourself with such things. Tc

at every step u will meet these 'wellwishers' who will put your patience to test....don't u ever back off from such situations and think about it afterwards..it will affect ur relationship with ur child...some morons will be very happy when ur child Won't listen to u, when he cries, when he laughs...let them if that makes them happy...dont think about them ...learn to give them a piece of mind

Make them understand that each child is different and special. They learn things at different times. My daughter started running not walking when she was 15 months old. My niece is turning 1 tomorrow no teething yet.
