Start with mild excercises dear . Walking , cycling, swimming , yoga all helps ..also avoid junk food .

hey amulya, pls start walking for sure. cut down on fried foods and sweets. when you are ready - pls take up any exercise you like - be it yoga or anything else that suits u. we have lots of articles that can help u - just type @exercise or @weight loss in search - you will find all the relevant articles to read. tc. and good luck!
