Hey hi..arpita..it helps in supporting tummy..I myself went to medical shop and checked the size..u avoid while eating and all..it shouldn't be very tight nor loose..but it should be tight enough..u will become use to it..I started like after like 10 days..but about days when to start u ask your gynae..my case was different.
