It's good for cold and headache you can apply on head, nose ,chest you can use as room diffusers,take steam I do use Anveya eucalyptus oil it is good and organic one and gives soothing effect

Apply a few drops on the chest and rub on the back. Cover the child with warm clothes. It will help the child to feel better. Do this when the child is put to sleep
