🙊🙊How I met my husband?

✅It isn’t an arranged marriage. Neither is love turned arranged.
Well it’s not a fairy tale kind of story even. I myself still wonder what is was 😂😂😂

🙆‍♀️When I took admission in MBA in a nearby university(Kurukshetra University), I was nearly out of depression. Little did I know my decision would give me my better ( bitter is what I call to tease him) half and a companion for life. After all that I had underwent I was focused towards my goals. So I actually never paid attention to any inclinations towards me. I took them very casually and treated all my male friends in the same manner. There were few proposals from my classmates that came across but I gently declined them as I did not want to enter a relationship that would divert me from my family responsibilities.
🤗Though I used to be in the limelight for participating in fashion shows, dance competitions, debates and anchoring for college shows , scoring the first Rank used to be a priority. So overall I was considered a “sincere” student and loved by my teachers and fellow, junior & senior students.

🧛‍♂️Entry of the silent admirer :

✅Amidst all this there was this guy who was my senior ( shy, quiet, and sorry to say 😂😂unnoticeable at that time) . Little did I know someone was secretly admiring me and not even making me realise, nor any body else so that the gossip could reach me🤣. This guy later on admitted that he was falling in love with me for my sincerity and calmness. ( And now says - Tum to opposite Ho gayi Ho 😂😂, lol)

😁Bhai, badi Himmat ki baat hai !
2 years tak feelings ko control karke rakhna. 1st year and while I was in 2nd year, he was out . He never tried to speak to me , or come in focus - proposal to door ki baat hai. I did not even know that he was my senior. Now he tells me while I was in 2nd year and he was out by then and working in Chandigarh he would often visit college to see me 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙊🙊

✅How I came to know about my hubby?? 🙊🙊🙊
It was only when I finished my MBA and was at home for a while An unknown uncle ji visits us and introduces himself to my mom.
“ I am Ankush’s father ( Ankush was Neha’s senior) and he has sent me. He likes your daughter and wishes to marry her, if you are okay”
🤪This came as a complete shocker to me and throughout entire conversation I was with my mouth wide opened as in “ ye kab hua”
😣While he was talking My mom gave me a stern look and I tried to convince her with my looks that “ I am not involved” - Bhai hum to jaante bhi nahi 😋😋
Well my mom calmly replied that “ we will not be able to accept the offer as
- first we are not ready for the marriage now as she has loads of responsibilities as her father is no more
- Second there is nothing from my daughter’s end so why should we go for an inter caste marriage. People would take it as a love marriage only
- Most importantly I do not know whether my daughter would like your boy
So he went back after this gentle refusal.
🙂I told my mom that I was not interested and wanted to focus on career only. A got placed with a leading automobile co. in Delhi and within a month I had to join.
We forgot the episode.
Who would know this shy quiet man would gain the guts to come straight to my house to convince my mom.🤣🤣🤣🤣
That too in my absence.
😛On his first visit my mom told told me over the phone, I was like - how dare he ??
Then it was second, third and fourth...
And one day I got a call from mom....
“ Beta is ladke se jyada pyar tujhe aur koi nahi kar sakta” - so filmy 🙄🙄🙄🙄
“I really like him for you. He is the best for you. What ever excuses I was making so that he would step back ,he was ready to accept all of them - just for you. He has also applied for his transfer to Delhi, and moreover the best part - he has never troubled you and approached me only. He is such a sincere guy so I don’t want to hurt him more”

Gaye Kaam se

💑The meeting was arranged. It was a forced one for me initially but this guy was actually very nice. A true gentleman.
And within some time I could make out how much he loved me 😊
👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨2 months later we were engaged and within 6 months we were married (2008)

💆🏻‍♀️So who is the actual culprit? 😂😂

👨‍👨‍👦Now 9 years later of this khatta meetha relationship- when we fight ( dono ki shaant personality is converted to dhaakad one) , I proudly say - “ Tum hi to peechhe pade they “ 🙄😂😂😂
