If your bm is low then you can give fm too. No need to keep the baby hungry. If bm supply is good then for as long as you wish to. You can even pump your milk and give it to the baby.

Its ur choice dear. Upto 6 months exclusive breast feeding is necessary/ mandatory. Then from 6 to 12 months on demand. Thereafter u can wean or continue for 1 more year and then wean as per ur choice.
