Well, 6 months exclusively and as long as you can. They say, it's good to continue until 2 years of age. Coz there's nothing like bm in the world. But it's a mother's decision in the end.

You can breafstfeed for as long as you want. Infact I fed my older child for over 2.5 yrs and she had good health too
