30 min is ok if not in one go than take breaks nd not too fast just normal walk , listen to ur body nd don't over do . all d best dear keep health nd happy

Start from 20 min normal walks in starting n thn slowly increase ur speed but not like jog a brisk walk to half an hour morning.. Evenin wth exercises as per your gyanac suggestion..
