Have lots of veggies fruits dry fruits in your diet every morning eat soaked almonds; n black raisins have fiber rich protein rich food n lots of fluids it will help you to keep healthy n best for baby's growth...

Drink lots of water. Don't give strain 2 ur body, don't lift heavy objects. Eat healthy food .avoid outside, packed, unhygenic; foods. Have evrthng in moderation except papaya nd pineapple. Have fresh fruits nd vegetables
