I wore a binder just 3 days after c section and found it to be useful... In the beginning I felt like all the organ inside tummy are moving when I move... After wearing abdominal binder I was fine and also I never suffered back pain. If you go for abdominal belt you can go for it now. Corset wouldn't be comfortable I think.

I have the hand stitched tummy binder but somehow I feel claustrophobic in it. Will try to wear it for longer duration <u>now</u>
