Just Clean it from outside, don't put inside.

Just keep the outer part clean. Don't try using any kind of buds to clean ears. As it pushes the wax further inside.

Wet a washcloth with warm water. Make sure the water is not too hot. Next, ring out the washcloth well. Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there. Never put the washcloth inside baby's ear.
