How to deal with anxiety issues and palpatations , I have been an overthinker from the start and now with this big change , I am constantly thinking and having anticipatory anxiety I can feel my heart jumping or panic attacks upon thinking of future. Want to be calm and composed and keep my baby safe.

Try to meditate..best way to deal with anxiety..deep breathing,observe nature and pay attention to detail,like how beautiful is a flower,the leaves are so soft,the t3ndons are beautifully placed in the centre. Praise nature,soak yourself in morning sun. Whenever you eat,pay attention to what you are eating,and remind yourself of the benefits it will give you and the nourishment baby gets from the food you are eating. Pamper yourself..Reiterate this tha5 every baby brings with it ,it's own destiny like you have..so,whosoever comes on earth gets what they deserve,theres nothing to worry about..ping me,we can discuss on what's bothering you..listen to ravishankara or brahamkumaris views..you will stop worrying!!

Hi<br> Relax dear. I would suggest you to meditate and practice breathing exercises. Whenever you feel a little anxious divert your feelings, read books, talk to your baby, talk to the person you feel comfortable, listen to music. Have a short walk along a park if nearby.
