how to deal with postpartum depression? Doctors..please help.

Dear Anon,
Please take support from those around you and remove time for yourself each day.<br>
Engage in some reading and music...u can do so even while feeding the baby.
If it's possible go for a walk each day.
Spend time with your husband and friends( ask them to come over or make plans every alternate week.
It also helps to maintain a diary and write down good things of the day ...no matter how small.
If u feel very low it's advisable to talk to your doctor or seek counselling

Hi dear change ur shedule , do sumthing that makes u happy, listen music, n most imp stop unnecessary thinking.... was suffering frm same.......
