how to decrease breast milk
my baby is 1 month old & she feed only one side of breast this is good or bad. what is the food for increase breast milk ?

If you are ready to wean and stop breast feeding it's best to stop one feed at a time. Give it a few days till your body adapts and then stop the next feed. This will ensure that your body adapts and you don't get lumps which can get infected.
