Pravin, my twins did have a schedule after 3 months. Though I couldn't manage their afternoon nap together coz my girl is super attentive and sleeps less. But apart from that one time sleep schedule, every other activity was in routine. It does take some time but doing it regularly on continuous basis would help you a lot. If you can't feed two of them together then do one after the other. Pick the same child first every day and the other second. Also don't give too much of time in between. Gradually you would see there is only half an hour gap between their two feeds or naps.
