Shalini eat healthy food, drink lots of fluids, take rest when ever you need and do walk and be active. Eat green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruits, dry fruits and drink milk, juices, tender coconut water, buttermilk. <br> Sleep when you feel tired, sleep on left side, taking rest is very important .<br> Do walking after having food.
