How to get kids to eat healthy when all the want is junk food..?

I have often heard many mothers asking me how to make their kids eating good and healthy food instead of eating junk foods..!
so here I will suggest some Pro tips which is really going to be helpful if you are trying to make your kid eat healthy food. we all understand that junk foods are very easy to eat and have that yummy taste to which the baby or a kid respond very quickly but junk foods should always be avoided to some extent because they have got a lot of harmful indications. Here in this case I would suggest you to please keep some healthy foods in the house and avoid keeping oily snacks or even biscuits at home. Because once they are at home they will tempt the taste buds of your child.
Therefore, instead of keeping biscuits or any munching snacks at your home prefer to keep fruits at home so that whenever your child is hungry he will pick his favourite food and start eating.

if you want that your child should also eat those healthy foods which you are eating, then prefer to eat in front of them. The child will be curious to know the taste of that food which you are eating and feeling enjoyed.

Do not stop giving junk food right from the day one. Instead gradually decrease the amount of junk food consumption. Without pressuring your child to eat healthy foods, begin serving them along with those junk foods which your child loves to eat. Initially you will see that your child is only eating the junk food and leaving that healthy food behind in the plate, but if you keep this practice daily definitely your child will complete his whole food one day and will make you smile.

lastly but importantly do not lecture about the benefits of healthy foods. This creates an atmosphere of pressure where in any child me not eat peacefully. In fact it does the opposite reaction and create a negative association with food.
