you should be doing yoga and maternity exercise from your beginning of pregnancy. I had to opt for c section in the last moment because my baby head was down but he was not in a position. he was moving all around. so even after giving tablet for pain, saline also I didn't get even little pain. so be positive and happy all through your pregnancy. be active. all the best
