Working out really helps. Once you have an okay from your doctor, start working out regularly. Workouts that target the core or the abdominal area are essentially useful, since they will strengthen your stomach muscles. For eg- plank, side planks, russian twists, leg raises, boat pose or navasana to name a few. I used to struggle with unbearable pain myself all throughout my teenage years till a few years <u>back</u> when I started working out religiously. Tc and be healthy :-)

some remedies are- A low-fat diet actually decreases overall levels of inflammation in the body like choose olive oil over animal saturated fats.. moderate use of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID), such as ibuprofen or naproxen can help, Ginger tea is best option and personally i use it, go for a good massage with essential oils... if pain is more better to consult doctor
