Pay least attention to your surroundings.. just avoid every thing and try to br happy.. try to lessen you expectations from others even your husband and near and dear ones .. whatever little thing they do for you just be grateful and don't bother for what they dont.. listen to music and some mantras too. Take care of yourself, look good , eat properly... Be strong and positive and share with us of you have any thing in mind..
