hi dear, u should do most of works when both babies are sleeping..nd in the morning time, when elder one goes to school, make schedule of sleep for smaller one..so without disturb, u can complete your works..
i had the same situation, so i did most of works nd cooking when one at school nd other was sleep..give small music toys to smaller & pencil , crayons , books to big one..give some time for watching rhymes or cartoons..take help from neighbours..kids love to listning musics..so u can play it for them too..

Ya I've been there.
Plan plan plan.
Remember that Older one needs as much attention n care; as the baby.
Plan activities, plan menus, plan ur personal stuff.
Once twice in a week or so get ur mom/mil/ any responsible person to come fr a few hours to help u.
Pls look for help for the house n kids as u can't be in two places at a time. Eg if one kid is unwell, problems multiply.
Toddlers are a bit easy. Get them to play on their own. Coloring .....or just a toy car....let them play and say it's Alone play time. Plan your day in advance. Utilize your child's sleep time wisely. Try to get a little help as much as you can...eg cutting veggies, drying clothes....any work that a maid can do ... give it to the maid.
