Please check how many times your baby passes urine. If it is more than seven times a day then the quantity is enough. Also keep a check on the weight gain. If both these parameters are in the normal range then this will not have a negative impact on growth of the baby.

and she says if u need to give this much pressure than ur supply is less and which effect baby's sleep too .. she is havng less milk so thats why some time she is fussy and not slpng well .. so m worried

The two most important things which help to increase breast milk supply is to feed frequently which means latch baby on often or express every two hours. The second is to relax. The more stress free you are the more milk you would produce.
