Try to have as many fluids as you can...like lemonede, buttermilk, coconut water, milk etc..also have good sugars specially fruits..have dates and nuts in your diet.. also having rasgullas helps a lot as I have practically experienced it for myself..keep monitoring baby movements too and if you find very low or nil for few hours report to your doctor
