How to increase fundal height.. everything is gud n nrml.. weight is also gud.. but while measuring itz 30cm.. so am worried.. dr.wr talking dat der is no chng in increasing in fh.... can any one help me out

N am 5'4 my tummy also not so big.. as 9th month started..; getting tenc.. wat precautions to be taken.. n afi is 9.0<u>cm</u>

Nthg Dr.said coz baby movement n Weight is gud.. while measuring its not increase . So she said will wait for another wk.. 17 centile is der no problem.. if it is below 10 centile means v av to worry.. dats it.. but i want to knw how to increase fundal height.. n my due date is also getting near.. am worried😢
