Hi mix 1 table spoon of ragi flour in 1 cup water first without any lumps, then keep it on the stove and continously stir it, you can add little water. The porridge will turn glossy, then it's cooked. Add ghee and serve, you can also add milk and ghee. But try to avoid milk because ragi is good in iron and milk (calcium) will hinder the iron absorption. So milk ragi keep it occasional.
