How to prepare your elder child for the younger one?
Couldn't ask for anything more as the elder one has been an awesome kid throughout. Super grateful to have her and she has only given me strength and courage to believe that I can handle another one too.If not a cakewalk ,atleast it would be manageable enough.

What helped us in prepping her for the baby is communication. Yes we talked and talked and expressed to her how it is to have a sibling and her change of role. We have made sure to involve her in every process and only use positive words and scenarios about the baby's arrival. A few books helped us throughout the journey too and now they have literally become our everyday read. Amma tell me about raksha bandhan by bhakti mathur helped us initiate that early sibling bond and the fun of festive celebration. Bella's new Baby is ine such book which will help your elder one to be aware of the teeny weeny responsibilities that she should carry out once the little one arrives
