You can apply coconut oil or use some diaper rash cream like himalayas, Johnson, aveeno, Mamaearth.

Dear Manisha,xhange the diaper every 3-4 hours,clean the diaper area with each change using warm water and apply thin layer of coconut oil,give some diaper freetime..use a good diaper,himalaya,huggies i have been using and till date no diaper rash. Use a brand which has anti rash layer.
