how to reduce after c section? are we allowed to start exercises?

hi Rama pls don't take green tea if u r breastfeeding. n usually breastfeeding reduces alot of weight. in one day usually 500-600 calories is burnt while breastfeeding. all d more reasons for u to focus on that. start walking bit by bit. don't over strain. once ur body is healed properly UL lose d pregnancy fat .. so don't worry .. n after 6 months ur hormones also will start regularising then UL start losing weight.

But dear, your body took 10 months to gain the weight and used the energy that you haf. Now please let your body takes some time to regain its energy. I m not saying, eat for two. I know its a wrong fact. But eat healthy. Most green tea have more caffeine content, which will affect your baby. Believe me. Mine is c-section, and now i am in my 52 kg. m not in any diet. Just eating healthy food and drinking water quite often. You know what, nature has given us a best thing. Breastfeed. This will help you to lose extra weights. So cheer up😀
