food play a major role in losing weight. Now this doesn't mean that you have to leave eating. Avoid oily and extra carbohydrate loaded food. Start your day with warm water/lemon honey wate and increase water intake through out the day. Load your food with lots of fruits,vegetable and nuts. Eating smart will helps you alot like eating 5 or6 small meals. Next comes the workout. Start with walking and gradually shift to any types of cardio workout. Keep your motivated as it took nine month to increase so atleast it will take few months to fit in your old clothes.

If it's a C section you can start exercises after 6 months if normal then you can start earlier ..wear a belt if you want <u>n</u>
