Some tips are-<br>
-Breastfeeding actually helps in melting fat..hence BF baby as much as possible..<br>
-Eat healthy- concentrate on quality not quatity..have more n more fibrous food veggies fruits<br>
-Exercises like abdominal compressions,pelvic tilts,toe taps and heel slides,single-leg stretches..Do a brisk walk..<br>
-As new mom ll be nt having more tym so plz include baby in ur work out...this may help u concentrating on baby too<br>
-Always stay hydrated-have plenty fluids green tea lemon juice..<br>
-Have a gud tummy massage which even helps in reduction of belly fat..<br>

If you are a breast feeding mom no crash diets. But eat healthy and avoid oily and sweet foods. Walk for about an hour every day keeping the pace brisk. You can also start some abdomen toning exercises Remember to check for diastasis recti before you begin though. This is an abdominal muscles separation which commonly occurs during pregnancy and also corrects itself with time.
