How to reduce but fat n tummy fat,, will walking for 30 min help...??

Hey anon! Walking will definitely help. If you feel comfortable you can walk twice a day for 30 mins. If you are past 6 Months post partum, you can also start with gentle workouts. Do arm raises, arm circles with 1 kg weight. Do leg raises and calf raises to make your legs stronger. Do surya namaskar gently. You can also start abdominal exercises like bridge, side planks and heel taps. (just google these names) These are safe to do if you have had a c section.But more than anything check your eating habits. Control your portions. Having 6 smaller meals will help a lot. And keep monitoring your weight. The tummy will reduce gradually. <u>Tc</u>
