@6372f750e0852e00159b2b2f give it time love :) 6 to 7 small meals, more of protein - think eggs, sprouts, dals. don't eat for 2 people. start walking, do kegels, heel slides. gradually add arm workouts while walking using 1 ltr bottles each. after 6 months you can increase the intensity of your workouts- strength training and flexibility. as of now just start with walks..your body needs time to heal completely..&nbsp; after you complete 6 months you can start with exercises.. if you are breastfeeding.. breastfeed itself helps to burn calories.. avoid eating fried and sugary items.. and drink plenty of water..
