Hey everyone. Recently I came across an article regarding how to reduce your belly fat after your delivery. There are many ways like gym, walking , exercise and some even opt for dieting.
As a mom it's necessary for us to stay healthy and happy to keep our family happy.
When I read about this one I just gave it a try. It's just been two weeks and I can slightly see changes. I don't have much of a belly fat due to my body nature as I'm slim.
All you have to do is, as soon as you wake up in the morning and after your first pee, get back to bed and lie on your stomach for 5 minutes everyday. I have been doing this for almost two weeks and I'm really happy with the results.
