Sleep on Yr sides. Left side is very much better. Don't lay on your back.

Hi Sweta, Sleeping on one side with your knees bent is likely to be the most comfortable position, preferably left.You can use pillows under your belly, between your legs, and behind your back if you like. Lying on your back in a half-sitting position, against some pillows, is also fine. Good luck

Sleep on your left side. Also, its better to keep pillow under your legs. It will help you if your legs are paining or have <u>swelling</u>
