How to take care of baby ,skin rashes & skin as baby poops too frequently . I am applying diaper rash cream, coconut oil,ointment. but challenge is to keep skin dry. Using lukewarm water & cotton for cleaning poops, have stopped using wipes.

Every time you change diaper clean the area with wipes and before you put new diaper apply diaper rash cream. Then place a diaper. For diaper rash you can use the Mamaearth baby diaper rash cream
