How to take care of children during monsoon season. During the rainy season there are many infections that can easily attack Ur child.The most important thing to do is to build immunity

*Wash hands frequently;
we should always wash our hands means it indirectly washes the infecting organism by which;
Germs could not enter our body.
*Vitamin c
;we should give lots of fruit to children because it contains vitamin c which also seals the spaces between the cells in the body and prevent infection from getting into the body
*Say no to juices
Make sure while having vitamins it should be from fruits not from juices they add ice god knows from where they get ice which are going to have lots of germs which could lead to high infections
*Drink boiled water
The most important precautions is to drink boiled cooled water during monsoon.contaminated water is biggest sourse of infecting; germs.
*Avoid green leafy vegetables
With contaminated water flood in low areas or gullies there is very high chance of leafy vegetables causing germs and it's very difficult to wash off for plenty of times with water.
*Avoid road side food
Food cooked in road side stall is extremely tempting because of its aroma which get attracted by children and adolescents kids .it should be avoided because we don't have the idea from where these; vendors bring water from how they manage.so be careful.
*Only wear dry shoes and socks
Children often ignore their wet feet and keep playing in wet socks till we tell them to remove.wet socks and shoes make kids prone to infections because they are constant source of cold.
*Avoid water- logged areas
In there are accumulated water which contains sewage and urine of animals.they are hotbeds of infections.
*Wash hands and feet with dettol
Make sure ur child should wash their hands and feet after playing in puddles. It is very important to wash between the toes thoroughly with soaps and to prevent from infections.
*Keep children at home if they are sick
During monsoon kids get sick due to viral infections which spread from children to children.as a parent it's our responsibility to keep children away from infected friends
