How we came to know if meconium is done by the baby in womb or no - Development

How we came to know if meconium is done by the baby in womb or not in last month of pregnancy? Is it harmful for mother and baby as I am getting pains which are not yet labour pains but worried about if baby has done meconium inside and can b harmful to both?

Hi Sona meconium is done under extreme stress, say baby is full term and ready to come out but the cervix is not dilated or there is no pain? At that time NST stress test is taken if they see the baby is under stress then they will decide Csection. So at 37 weeks all these things are not possible. Do not worry stay strong.
