The best bet is routine check up by the doctor. Ultrasound is not needed.

around 30th week my bump used to look  like heart shape ,so I thought those were baby butt cheeks and baby is in head down position,  after two weeks or so doctor said , baby is engaged....

after 28 weeks baby can come to head down position.. but still can flip... there are ways to map your bump, there are videos on youtube... but honestly, i didn't understand it... 😃...

baby can lock head in position upto 24 hrs before delivery and even if it is , that is no guarntee of a normal delivery&nbsp;
