hi.. spottin is not a good sign so to avoid any problem and to sustain d pregnancy progestrone is gvn..vomitin and mild cramps are normal in pregnancy...but since u hd spottin u can jus shw ur doctor jus to make sure everytn is alright...for vomiting u can hv lemon or ginger in water... do not be empty stomach..it ll increase vomitin..hv small frequent meals..hv plently of fluids..take rest..
