hy frnds I am new here...i am 8 weeks pregnant nd nw I can't eat any of s good either veg r non veg...its giving sum nasty things ... I am getting vomiting sensation...nt even a vomit...i am tired of tis...plz suggest me a gud food 2 hve

Have coconut water daily. <u>Y</u>ou can try having some soups before meals. I have heard it increases your appetite. if you don't feel like having fruits on their own you can make fruit salads. Add nuts and chocolate syrup to make it even more yummy. I used to love having tangy foods during my pregnancy. You can try those too. Think rasam, sambhar etc. Go for homemade food as much as possible. If cooking gives you nausea see if you can get some help in the kitchen for a while. Also in case the vomiting gets too intense you can always ask your gynaec for some safe medicine. Tc and enjoy this phase :-)
