I always hear about the unhealthy gut and poor digestion is the cause for our weak immunity and for that, we need to take prebiotic supplements. ( these days even our newborn needs probiotics ) . I feel our delicious healthy pickles, chutney,namkeen, sweets, sharbats have been substituted by numerous ready-made spreads, jams, sauces, dips, dressings, bakery products! Don't you guys feel if we stop using these ready to eat food we can lead a healthy life.

Yes we'll said! Now a day we are very much dependent on ready to use food and it has lots of sugar, preservatives and many more unhealthy things. We should definitely cut this in our life to be healthy.

Yes! Unfortunately, most ready-made meals aren't properly balanced. The excess sugar and added flavours and colours drastically alter the fat content in;ready-made food. Saturated fats are present in high amounts, making such;food;extremely;unhealthy and unsafe to;consume ( especially child).
