I am 10 weeks into my pregnancy now. I think I am not eating well and I am not liking the food that is cooked at home. Because I used to eat lot of veggies before but now my cook has changed and she prepares only dal , chapathi ... Which I don't like to eat. It's been 3 weeks now like this. I am rarely eating any vegetables and randomly eating some fruits. I am also very stressed these days for no reason. And also sleeping less.; I am scared what would happen to my little one.

Exactly same happened with me too and still i haven't touched chapatis due to smell and haven't had sabjis since these preggo months, can have naan sabji in restaurants! Smell of cooked wheat is making me feel nauseous and have excessive vomitting! Still my cook is preparing for my husband only and I prepare food for my self becoz i don't like her taste! U can have whatever you feel like <u>having</u>, I had and still m having boiled veggies, fruits salads, rice, poha, makhane, <u>nachos</u>, sweet corn, murmure/bhelpuri, dal dhokli, dry fruits potatoes- boiled/chips, sweet potatoes, theplas, sandwiches!

Make something for yourself if she can't cook. And for stress increase your reading and listen to calming music. Garbh sanskar also helps people settling down.
